We believe that loose muscles are healthy muscles.
In a session.
Part of every session is devoted to assisted, active-isolated stretches. These movement-based stretches safely lengthen muscles while combating tightness and imbalance.


As an aging golfer with declining flexibility, I am amazed at the difference a single session with Frank of assisted stretching can make to my golf swing and distance the ball goes.
